Gold Tone
CC-Banjitar
|
| Amaze your friends! |
| All the advertising that you see from various manufacturers of 6 string banjos reads something like this: "Guitar players can play the banjo without learning a new instrument". We feel this is not only misleading, but does discredit to a great instrument: the six string banjo. You will NOT be able to sound like Earl Scruggs on a six string banjo, nor will you be able to play all your favorite Dan Levenson tunes either. However, if you are talented or hard working enough, you will be able to amaze your friends and perhaps yourself with the music of Gus Cannon or Rev. Gary Davis. Both of those fine gentlemen really showcase what an instrument of this type can do. Go give them a listen and then come back, we'll wait here for you. With bag. |
