Lyon & Healy Stradivarius

Their violins were made in factories in Mittenwald and sold under several of Lyon & Healy's brands. This instrument is an exceptional sounding example of one that is now close to 100 years old. Michel Deconet
|
| Excellent sounding instrument! |
| The original Michel-made violins in Venice, Italy in the mid-1700s that were noted for their excellent craftsmanship and rich, singing tone. Commercial copies with his label were produced by both the French and German shops in the early 1900s. Even though at the time they were thought of as student grade instruments, this one, French made, has proven to be an exceptional instrument for the Celtic player. Rich and powerful, it's bright tone carries easily. With case. |

Zanoli style
|
| Zanoli Style 4/4 |

This copy, probably Czech in origin, pays homage to Zanoli and is a remarkable sounding instrument on its own. The person who obtains this will get a true treasure that's worthy of the concert hall, or will be heard a full parking lot away at the next bluegrass festival. This one really rings! With case. |

|

1890s Amati style
|
| A fine sounding instrument! |
| The Amati family produced some of the world's finest instruments in the 16th and 17th Centuries. As with Stradivarius, their instruments have been copied by the thousands. Some are not worthy of new strings, but occasionally, as with this one, enough time and care went into the making of the instrument that with over 100 years of aging, it has proven to be a fine instrument. This violin sounds rich and full and has wonderfully clean separation. With case. |
