48 HOUR APPROVAL PERIOD

1) Upon receipt of an instrument, you have a 48-hour approval period. If it does not meet your expectations, call us right away. Please ship the instrument packed safely in the same shipping carton it arrived in.

2) You pay for shipping both ways.

3) If you use a credit card, we charge an additional 3.1% fee on the total amount to cover our expenses.
 
4) Allow time for the instrument to open up and for you to adjust.

LAYAWAYS/SPECIAL ORDERS

1) Layaway available on items over $500.

2) 25% down and equal payments of 25% each month for 90 days until paid in full.

3) Deposits are non-refundable after 30 days.

4) Layaways cancelled before 30 days are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of total purchase price.
