Repair service turnaround time
Basic set up work and pickup installations can usually be done within one to three days. Neck resets and other major structural repairs will usually require two to six weeks.
Please be aware that unavoidable delays sometimes occur, particularly if we are dependent on outside sources for parts and specialized materials. On the rare occasion when an instrument has to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service the turnarounds are generally 4 to 16 weeks.
